Hey There!
More than likely, I came to your attention by doing what I do best...speaking, teaching or coaching! But I wasn't always her. I used to have a career in social work which often caused me loads of stress and anxiety. I was born and raised in the Midwest and before I decided to prioritize my health, I followed a pretty non-traditional career path with a VERY traditional standard American diet and exercise patterns.
This means I pretty much ate what I wanted and exercised occasionally (to keep the weight off, of course) and when I decided to 'buckle down' and get the weight off, I followed the traditional dietary pattern of counting calories and attempting to out-exercise a bad diet! That all changed when I became a plant-based vegan. Not only have I been able to maintain a healthy weight (down over 60lbs!), I have more mental and emotional clarity than I've ever had. That comes in extra handy when you're running TWO signature group coaching programs full time and refuse to compromise your personal life and pleasures to do so.
Following a whole food plant-based diet has literally changed my life and the lives of the hundreds of people I've had the pleasure of coaching and teaching over the years. It would be my pleasure to accompany you on that same journey. I invite you to #ComeGetThisHealth!
