Lisa is a health and business coach specializing in taking a cognitive behavioral approach to behavior change. Cognitive behavioral coaching involves understanding how our thoughts and beliefs inform our decisions and subsequent behaviors. Lisa has a bachelor degree in psychology, an MBA and is a certified behavior change specialist. She is the founder of two signature coaching programs and has been coaching since 2016.
