"Thirteen lbs lost, consistent normalized blood pressure, less gastrointestinal spasms, interest in alcohol, sugar and butter are gone, less inflammation (osteoarthritic pain) & no swelling in ankles. This led to increased physical fitness-6 days a week, increased energy throughout the day, increased focus and ability to clarify/recommit to intentions, happier outlook/ state of mind. My family noticed and wants to take part in the 2025 challenge,  my son is now recommitting to eliminating meat, friends are watching closely and my accountability partner is really rooting me to my goals." 

Spring 2024 Challenger

"During the challenge, I lost 12 pounds and gained mental clarity. I also rediscovered how delicious fruits can be. While I’ve always enjoyed a good salad, I never really sought out fruits until this challenge. This experience reminded me of how important whole foods are and how important it is to read the nutrition label. I wasn’t consistently reading it before purchase. I’m grateful for Coach Lisa and her team. Whenever I share an insight I’ve gained from this challenge, I find myself saying, “My coach said...” lol. I love and appreciate all of you guys. May God continue to bless you all tremendously."

Spring 2024 Challenger

"One of the Plant Protocol challenge rules of engagement is to spend time with people that you love. I have 5 college girlfriends that have named ourselves the B6 crew ( B comes from the first letter of our freshman dorm at Syracuse University) and we communicate EVERYDAY, via text. Yesterday we had a long overdue face to face meeting, so we had a Zoom meeting for close to 3 hours. What a way to decompress and get some much needed girl talk in. So thanks to my B6 crew that’s in this challenge with me"

Winter 2025 Challenger

"After listening to the live today, something Coach Lisa said really resonated with me: “Whatever you do to reach your goal, you have to continue doing.” That may not be her exact words, but what she said was such a simple yet powerful reminder that sustainability is the key. I’ve heard it so many times before, but today it hit differently. It’s important to choose exercises, meals, and routines that I genuinely enjoy because sustainability thrives on joy, not restriction. My journey with food has always been about restriction. Admitting that I enjoy food has felt taboo and showing it, something I’ve avoided altogether. But today, I realized that to truly sustain my journey, I should not ignore the pleasure of food. I just need to ensure I’m not medicating my feelings with food or any other pleasures."  -Winter 2025 Challenger
